Business Plan Writing for Profit-Based Businesses
As an entrepreneur, developing a written business plan is an essential step in getting your business off on the right foot. Instructors guide participants through the process of conducting industry research, setting pricing structures, promoting products and services, understanding and managing cash flow analysis, utilizing profit and loss statements, formulating projections, and even developing exit strategies for selling your business. Participants develop a complete written business plan. Sessions include instructor led discussions, guest speakers, networking breaks and one-on-one consultation time with the instructor.
